LOUIS JONES, DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL SERVICE EXCELLENCE, HAVAS DIGITAL GLOBAL

Louis Jones is responsible for Havas Digital’s global services, including product development across the various Network’s, including digital, direct response, & mobile  media, as well as, creativity.  In this role, Jones works to clearly outline the networks’ Channel I offering – digital and direct media services and the data techniques that maximize results for client campaigns and drive ROI.  He is also responsible for standardizing methods and practices across the Media Contacts Network – and ha spent the last two years working from Paris and Madrid in order to be closer to the Network’s European and APAC operations.

Prior to this, Louis led three years of double-digit growth for Media Contacts’ US operations as EVP, Managing Director USA.  Louis has been a part of the Havas Media family since May 2001, when he was hired to run MPG’s San Francisco office. In September 2002, he relocated to Washington DC to run MPG’s McLean, VA office, concurrently maintaining oversight of the San Francisco office before moving to Boston to manage VW and then join the Media Contacts interactive team at Havas.

Prior to joining MPG in 2001, Louis was Executive Director of Organic Online in San Francisco. Here he led all online marketing activities for Organic’s West Coast clients - like The Gap, Inc., Washington Mutual and Sprint PCS.  Before joining Organic, Louis also served as Managing Director of Diamond Media - the dedicated Clorox media unit housed at Young & Rubicam, San Francisco.  His first ten years in advertising were spent at J. Walter Thompson in New York, where he rose to Deputy Media Director before heading to the West Coast.
